The Space
This 2 bedroom apartment (plus office/guest room alcove) is freshly refurbished, has extra high ceilings, ducted air conditioning. The two en-suited bedrooms both have huge built in closets and Queensize beds (one room opens onto a Juliette style balcony). Our office/spare room is a customizable alcove with an inner sprung, fold down wall bed that converts to a desk and shelving unit, when not in use. A well equipped open plan kitchen and lounge area extends out onto the gorgeous outdoor terrace for you to enjoy the balmy Brisbane nights and stunning sunset view. The apartment has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer (along with an outdoor line on the rear terrace). A large smart TV with sound bar (plus smaller TV in main bedroom), Nespresso coffee machine and Free, unlimited Wifi complete this property. No doubt these excellent features will have it stand out above the rest....

Study/Guest Bed: this space has a curtain for privacy (but no closable door) reference to the photos for best description. The room has a wall bed/desk and can be configured as needed.
The wall bed is essentially a full inner sprung Queen mattress that folds down from the wall however when its up, it is a great study/work desk.
Guest Access
Private and secure parking for 1 vehicle, with access via stairs to the apartment.
Note: If you plan on having 2 vehicles, the second can be parked nearby on the street. You will have to be wary as some of the surrounding streets do have parking restrictions.

This property is accessed via stairs.
Parking for more than one vehicle will need to be discussed and approved prior to booking (we have very limited spots and can only guarantee one secure park).
