The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood close to local cafes, restaurants and shops.
It is located within 5km of Brisbane City and natural bushland is on the doorstep. The area is well connected with public transport.
This is a peaceful place to stay and relax with the family.
There are three bedrooms, with a comfortable deck and a large and functional kitchen. The house is surrounded by grass (the rear yard is fenced for small pets) and a covered carport.
The Space
Lounge/Dining includes 6 seater dining table & Chairs, L shaped lounge, TV cabinet and TV, Ceiling fan, Timber Floors with rug, French doors to deck, Large airconditoner for heating and cooling. As the home is double brick, if the external windows and doors are closed, this will cool/heat the entire house efficiently.
Kitchen includes Dish-drawer dishwasher, Fridge, Pantry, All cutlery and crockery, Electric Oven & Gas cooktop, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle, Pots and Pans, Oven/Serving dishes, Centre Island bench with two chairs
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Ceiling fan, Screened windows with blind, Side table and lamps, Walk in Robe, Dressing table, Timber floors with rug
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Side Tables with lamps, Desk & Chair, Timber Floor, Screens & Blinds, Sliding door robe

Other Notes
Pets must be declared and discussed prior to booking. You agree to pay for any damages cause by your pet. You must pick up after your pet regularly and bag and bin their business. There is a fenced, grassed area at the rear of the property, with some undercover and access to the house via the back door. The fences are not super high (1 meter in places) so escape artists, high jumpers or frantic diggers may not be safe.
Lawns are mowed regularly. We will let you know when that is happening & we ask that you pickup after your pet in the yard prior to this service.
