A clean and comfortable home with undercover deck & suburban views. Affordable, family & pet friendly this property also has a double desk "office space" in the sunroom area for anyone needing to work from home. Our most frequent guests are interstate relocations and local families who are renovating or having insurance work done on their properties. We aim to provide all the comforts you would enjoy in your own home.
The Space
The location is approx 6 kilometers from Brisbane city with public transport right outside your door. Camp Hill is a residential suburb famous for its Queensland style houses on large blocks of land.

3 Bdrm, Federation style, comfortably furnished home. It's and easy home to entertain in or just enjoy the space to relax and take in the suburban views & sunsets.
The price includes linen and includes up to 6 people.
We have unlimited free fast NBN internet & Wifi.
Air conditioning: Large reverse cycle unit in the lounge plus individual units in B1 and B3.
All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.
Polished timber floors throughout.

A taxi ride to the city is approx $25 each way
Uber approx $15 depending what time you are travelling.
NOTE: internet is subject to service availability/continuety with current provider.
Guest Access
We (the owners) have a storage/workshop area that is located in the lower level of this property and the door to the storage is located under the rear deck. It is completely separate to the house and has no internal doors. We do need access occasionally during business hours, we always park our vehicles out on the street and enter through the side gate.
Other Notes
This property is located in a very family orientated suburb and in respect to our neighbors excess noise, loud conversations & music is not permitted out on the deck after 10pm. This property also has a strict no party policy. We live very close by, our neighbors have our number and will call us if there is an issue.
Storage space in lower level, accessed a few times a week by owners (generally only during the day) unless we have an emergency, in which case we will try to message you and let you know we are popping down.
