During your stay you will have private access to ENTIRE house & garden, featuring a renovated 100 year old (yes she has some quirks) Queenslander home with a rear deck, fenced yard, Cubby house & slide for the kids. Bella is located a few steps away from Oxford Street in the upmarket river suburb of Bulimba. A comfortable, family & pet friendly, clean and welcoming home that you will love. The walkable location is one of the best features of this property.
The Space
Bella has off street has off street parking for at least 3 vehicles, which is a bit of a premium in this area as parking can be tricky. We have an adorable cubbie house and fenced rear yard to keep little ones safe and within view of the sunny rear deck.
The property has 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans (main has aircon & the others open off the lounge and can benefit from the large aircon unit located in there. The home has FREE wi-fi. The house is fairly open plan with deck, dining, kitchen and lounge room. The kitchen has all the "mod cons" and is suitable to cook decent family meals and even bake if you so desire. There is a family sized fridge and pantry. The lounge has a comfy couch/sofa, a large wall hung flat screen TV & wifi connected allows for your own Netflix, Stan and You Tube subscriptions. This property has a second toilet and wash station for convenience.
We are pet friendly, however pets do need to be approved by owner upon initial booking, to ensure their happiness and safety.

You are renting your own entire private house and yard". Owner lives close by and is an active property manager, incase you should need anything we are only a phone call away.
Other Notes
This property is located on Hawthorne Rd and in terms of location, it is VERY conveinent to be able to walk to Oxford Street Village and all the restaurants, shops & cafes in just 2 mins. Along wIth this super close proximity comes the draw back of some traffic noise at the property. This is a very popular little urban hub with slow moving traffic past the front of the house at certain times of the day.
